Scythe - Neal Shusterman

Honestly, I don’t have too much to say on this book. I really knew nothing about it going into it, but I like to go into most of my books blind anyways. Thinking back on it now a few weeks post reading, I can’t seem to remember anything significant about this book. It was a little slow for me and there wasn’t a whole lot of world building which made it hard for me to imagine in my head. However, the premise was interesting and I enjoyed the ending. I think I would read the sequel to find out what happens next but I almost don’t want to read it because of how slow I found this one to be.

Update: I've had time to sit with this for a little bit and I do find myself thinking about getting into the second one, so will be starting that one soon. This first one may just require a re-read. If you are in to sci fi, you would probably like this book. It is bad? Absolutely not. Would I still recommend? Sure!
